Easy and interesting little stew you can make on a week night.
Black Eyed Pea Beef Stew
1 lb Lean ground beef

Here’s an easy meatloaf recipe, assuming you can buy the meat loaf mix. Not all stores sell it, but they do sell ground pork, veal and beef separately.

You can say this is similar to a beef burrito, but way better.
Slow Cooked Beef Tortillas
