Giblets and neck from turkey
1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Flour

This mayonnaise dressing can be used lots of dishes, including salads and grilled meats.
Indian Mayonnaise Dressing
1 tb Corn oil or ghee
1 sm Onion, finely chopped
2 ts Curry Powder
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper

My parents are from Argentina so I had to post this recipe. I’ll see if I can find some more Argentinian recipes.
Argentinean Chimichurri Style Marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar, malt
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
3 each garlic, cloves, minced
