This is not only an easy dish to make, but delicious too. Just throw it all in a crock pot and you are done. No chopping required!

Citrus Crock Pot Pork Roast
4 pound pork roast
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon ketchup
Mix ingredients together. Place roast in crock pot and pour mixture over it. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Duck A La Orange

This is a really easy recipe for cooking duck.
Duck A La Orange
1 duck
1 orange marmalade
1 orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon cornstarch
water for pan
Turn duck upside-down and prick through the skin into the fat all over the bottom of the duck so the fat will drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake the duck in a little water around 30 minutes. [...]

This gilled pork recipe sounds good, but cooking a pork loin for so long I’m not sure about that. I’ve cooked other cuts for a long time and they are great. I guess I’ll just have to try it and see.

You certainly could slow grill this for more flavor, but this recipe calls for baking since it takes 30-45 minutes to cook.
