This is a delicious drink, almost a smoothie kind of cocktail.
Pink Dream Cocktail

3/4 oz White creme de cacao
3/4 oz Vodka
3 oz Raspberry sherbet
3 oz Vanilla ice cream
3 oz Ice
Preparation : Blend all ingredients until thick and serve in a 7 ounce stemmed wine glass. Yield: 1 serving.

This wassail is so good, you’ll want to drink it year round.
Cinnamon Orange Wassail
1 c Sugar
4 ea Cinnamon Sticks
3 Lemon Slices
2 c Pineapple Juice
2 c Orange juice
6 c Claret Wine
1/2 c Lemon Juice
1 c Dry Sherry

Irish Cream

This is a delicious creamy cocktail you can serve New Year’s Eve or anytime.
Irish Cream

1 cn Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pt Half & Half -or- whipping cream
2 tb Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Whiskey
1/4 c Rum
1/4 c Cream De Cocoa
Mix in blender or with wire whip. Refrigerate or freeze. Serve over crushed ice.

Allspice Cider

Here’s a warm and cozy cider drink you’ll enjoy this winter season.
Allspice Cider
1 tablespoon whole allspice
1 each cinnamon stick (3 inch)
3 cup apple cider
1 cup orange juice
1/2 each lemon, sliced
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup brandy
