The is a pretty easy rice and bean recipe because you are starting with canned beans. With everything you add, it tastes great and you won’t notice they are canned beans.
Cuban Style Rice And Beans
1 each green pepper, chopped
2 each garlic, cloves, crushed
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 each black beans, 16 oz cans
1/2 teaspoon oregano
3 tablespoon vinegar

Here’s another bean recipe that doesn’t take too much time to cook, but will taste like it did.
