My husband & I love to make lobster for New Year’s Eve. Here’s a good recipe, all be it a little complex, but well worth it.

Honey Walnut Rum Balls

These rum balls are an easy no bake Holiday treat.
Honey Walnut Rum Balls

2 c Vanilla wafer crumbs(7.5 oz)
1/2 c Rum
1/2 c Honey
1 lb Walnuts, ground
Confectioners Sugar

Irish Cream

This is a delicious creamy cocktail you can serve New Year’s Eve or anytime.
Irish Cream
1 cn Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pt Half & Half -or- whipping cream
2 tb Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Whiskey
1/4 c Rum
1/4 c Cream De Cocoa
