Mushroom Barley Bake

Asparagus Ham Quiche

If I was making this ham quiche, I would use fresh asparagus and very lightly steam it first. Frozen or canned asparagus is too mushy.

This is a famous broccoli casserole most know how to make, but if you haven’t yet, you might want to try it, it’s pretty easy.
Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
1 pound broccoli
2 cup chicken, cooked and sliced
2 cn cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise, scant
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

Here’s an easy recipe to make your own sweet Italian sausage. You can probably ask the butcher to grind the boneless pork butt to help you out.
