If I was making this ham quiche, I would use fresh asparagus and very lightly steam it first. Frozen or canned asparagus is too mushy.

This is a famous broccoli casserole most know how to make, but if you haven’t yet, you might want to try it, it’s pretty easy.
Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
1 pound broccoli
2 cup chicken, cooked and sliced
2 cn cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise, scant
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
